Now

Updated 7 October 2026, in Torino.

• Moving into tech

Building in the open is how I'm doing it. Everything on this site is part of that.

• Exploring, on purpose

I'm not committing to one big project yet. I build small open tools, write, and watch which ones people actually pick up. Torino's streets are a grid, so you cross the city by zigzagging, taking whichever light turns green. Same idea.

• Castor

Writing with Edoardo. The newest essays are about why big companies get better at everything except the next thing, and about going slower when everything around you speeds up. They're on abcastor.com.

• Crossfeed Chat

Getting it ready to share. It lets your local agents use your ChatGPT subscription.

• GarminBridge

Public now. Next is making it install with one Homebrew command.

• TickTick for Garmin

Last checks before the Connect IQ store.

• Tech Week

In Torino for Tech Week, 7 to 9 October. If you're there too, come say hi.

This is a now page, the idea Derek Sivers started: what I'm focused on at this point, not everything I've ever done.
